The hinged pusher lid provides the perfect leverage for easily pushing produce through the cutting blades safely and efficiently.The tool easily disassembles for through cleaning and includes a blade cleaning tool. All parts are dishwasher safe however it is recommended that the blades be hand washed. All the parts on the food chopper and slicer nest together and fit inside a strong plastic hinged 10-1/2" long by 5" high box for storage.
